During my years of pastoring I found that preaching and teaching at a level that could be appreciated by all of the congregation was a constant challenge. This was a concern during the preparation and presentation of almost every message and lesson. I knew that I was commissioned to feed those on "milk" as well as those on "meat." I needed to communicate to high school drop-outs as well as college graduates.

I listened to pastors and church leaders as they voiced the same concerns. They knew that the commission "...teach all nations..." meant to teach all people. They attempted to teach at a level understandable by the least educated of the church goers while trying to hold the attention of the more educated. Because of this, their potentially brilliant sermon became only somewhat successful in effect.

How great it is to bring Christians to a higher level of understanding of the Word.

     Realizing the depth of the problem, I left the pastorate to work full-time in higher education so that I could teach more people in more depth. As the president of Freedom Bible College and Seminary, I am able to present a greater amount of information in an organized way to people who are dedicated and who want to learn. How great it is to bring Christians to a higher level of understanding of the Word. Of course, we will never come to the place where all Christians will be of the same intellectual level, but now Freedom Bible College and Seminary offers a real plan for the local church that can greatly reduce the span between those levels.

FBCS is a non profit ministry dedicated to providing opportunities of a solid Biblically based education to Christians around the world. We are on the cutting edge of Christian education by providing this fresh and newly adapted FBCS Branch design for the local church at a cost that almost anyone can afford. Education is not just our business, but also our ministry. Our motto, Educating the World to Save the World, reflects our vision to teach all the world.

We know that by ourselves we cannot fulfill this goal. The solution? We help others with the same goal by providing them with the means, materials and know-how to form a local FBCS Branch.
